Q: How do I register with Equine Entry?
A: Although registration can be completed by fax and telephone, the simplest and preferred method is on line.
Q: How do I make my entry?
A: Entries can be requested by text, e-mail or telephone, it’s as simple as that.
Q: How will I know when my entry has been made?
A: When Equine Entry has submitted your entry, you will receive notification by your preferred choice, e-mail, text or telephone.
Q: Can you guarantee my entry to an event?
A: Equine Entry guarantee to make your entry, however acceptance and balloting is at the discretion of the organiser.
Q: If required can stabling be arranged?
A: Yes, provided that this is requested at the time of entry.
Q: Can Equine Entry arrange 3-Day Events and overseas entries?
A: Yes but this will incur a small additional charge.
Q: What do I do if I want to amend or withdraw my entry?
A: After Equine Entry has submitted your entry; any changes and withdrawals must be made directly with the event entries secretary, as per British Eventing’s rules.
Q: How do I pay for registration?
A: Payment should be made directly to Equine Entry either by Debit Card, Credit Card or Cheque. Cheques must clear before your registration is activated, please allow 7 working days. For credit card payments there will be a handling charge of 2.5% and 70p for debit cards.
Q: How do I pay for my entries?
A: If paying by cheque please forward the cheque to Equine Entry, and make payable to the appropriate event organiser as listed under Entries in the British Eventing Magazine. The easiest and quickest method of payment is by Credit or Debit Card, however for credit card payments there will be a handling charge of 2.5% and 70p for debit cards. Credit and Debit card details will be kept securely on individual records unless stated otherwise at the time of registration.
Q: When will my registration run from and to?
A: Registration for both horses and riders will run from the beginning of the month that you join and run consecutively for the following 11 months.
